Anoop Khandelwal
Specialization Operations, Supply Chain Management and Logistics |
Anoop has been in IT and Telecom industry for over 25 years spearheading Operations functions in companies like HCL Infosystems, Hewlett Packard (HP) and UTStarcom. Anoop specializes in ‘Customer to Cash’ processes leading teams and projects in areas of Sales Operations, Order management and logistics. He was Director of Operations at HP where he worked for over 10 years handling operations responsibilities both within India and Asia Pacific countries. He was instrumental in establishing India hub for ‘back-end’ activities of HP Sales Ops.
Anoop works closely with industry and academics. He has authored papers in supply chain area and has conducted short term courses/lectures in Institutes like MDI, Gurgaon, IMT, Ghaziabad and Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida. He has also been part of a few important committees of MAIT (Manufacturers Association of Information Technology) representing IT industry on policy matters with Govt of India.

Manjula Dikshit

Previous Work Experience She has over 10 years of work experience and started her career with Citibank in consumer banking. She has handled service and quality portfolios in credit cards and branch banking. Manju has subsequently worked as a trainer in the area of Service and Peoples management in consulting capacity with several large financial services players. She specializes in service certification programs for front line service staff including coaching interventions for improving service quality.
Manju is currently a Partner at Positron and is based at Mumbai.

Malini Gupta

Previous Work Experience Malini has over 19 years of work experience – having spent ten years in Accenture advising over 20 companies on Supply Chain Reengineering, Performance Improvement Business Strategy and ERP Design and Installation engagements. She is a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) by APICS, USA. She has also worked as full time faculty and coordinator of the Operations department at SPJIMR (SP Jain Institute of Managament and Research) a top ten B-school in India. Malini has edited a book “Supply Chain Excellence - success stories of India.”Malini is part of the core Partner Group at Positron Delhi office having joined the firm in 2005. She has been advising large and small clients on supply chain and strategic issues.

Shalini Gupta

Previous Work Experience Shalini has over 13 years of work experience – having worked with Citibank in Mumbai, H&R Block in US, Aviva and Bharti Airtel in Delhi. Shalini has built an integrated technology and business profile in the financial services and telecom industry. She has extensive experience in understanding business needs and employing state-of-the-art technology to create cost-effective solutions that optimize efficiency. Her more recent areas of work have been in strategy formulation and implementation and operations management. She has been with Positron since 2009 and is one of the key pillars of the Positron Delhi office.

Sanjiv Kumar

Previous Work Experience Sanjiv has close to 29 years of work experience. He has worked in USA for more than 12 years for leading organizations, including AT&T Bell, AT&T Comm, US Dept. of Defense and Spruce Technology. Subsequently, he returned to India in 1994 as General Manager at Fujitsu-ICIM (now Zensar Tech), where he led several business units. In 2000, he founded EBSolute Technologies, a software company, and led it for 4 years. Subsequently, he joined Persistent Systems, where he played the role of Executive Vice President and Head of Telecom Business Unit. In this role, he grew the unit to a size of 800+ engineers with revenues of around $28M.
Currently, Sanjiv is a Partner at Positron Advisory Services and is based in Pune.

Previous Work Experience Abanti has over 9 years of work experience – having spent few years with ICICI Bank heading their microfinance program and few years prior to that with MCRIL, a microfinance rating agency where she conducted over 40 commercial ratings and undertook several training and consulting assignments. She has extensive experience of working with NGOs and Micro Finance Institutions in several countries across Asia. She is a Director in a rural business advisory firm - Development Equities Pvt. Ltd. She is one strong pillars of the Positron Mumbai having joined the firm in 2009. She has been advising MFIs as well other large clients on finance and customer engagement issues.

Previous Work Experience Anurag has over 19 years of work experience. After completing his MBA, he worked in the industry for eight years in marketing and supply chain functions before pursuing a Masters program at MIT, Boston. Subsequently, he worked for five years with international consulting firms Arthur Andersen and KPMG Consulting advising clients in several areas including performance improvement, process reengineering and merger-integration.
He is one of the founders of Positron and has been advising clients on business strategy from the New Delhi office.

Previous Work Experience Ruchira has over 16 years of work experience – having started at HLL, then ORG – MARG and then almost seven years at ICICI Bank where she has managed portfolios such as Branding & Marketing, Demat Business and Rural Distribution. She has had an independent consulting stint where she advised clients such as Reliance Capital, Bellwether Microfinance fund and Hansa Research on marketing and strategy issues. Ruchira is the founder of the Positron Mumbai office and is now the Managing Partner of the firm. She has been with Positron since 2005 and has been advising clients on strategy, growth and marketing advisory issues.

Previous Work Experience Abhijeet has over 11 years of work experience. Abhijeet worked for a period of four years in the consulting division of Arthur Andersen. He also worked at KPMG Consulting advising clients in areas of process improvement, quality and Six Sigma. In his consulting career, Abhijeet has advised several multinational firms, as well as large Indian corporates.
He is one of the founders of Positron and has been advising several multinational firms, as well as large Indian corporates from the New Delhi office.
