Performance improvement can be initiated at various levels through several different approaches:
- At its most basic, performance improvement can be initiated through a business workshop. For instance a client wanting to see improvements in service level can request for a customer service business workshop for middle to senior level managers.
- Performance improvement can also be initiated by conducting “Organizational Health Checkups”.
