Abhijeet graduated from Delhi College of Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and subsequently obtained his management diploma from IIM Calcutta. Abhijeet worked for a period of four years in the consulting division of Arthur Andersen. He also worked at KPMG Consulting advising clients in areas of process improvement, quality and Six Sigma. In his consulting career, Abhijeet has advised several multinational firms, as well as large Indian corporates. Abhijeet is a co-founder and Partner at Positron and is based at New Delhi.

Ruchira Roy graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 1993 and subsequently obtained her management degree from IIM Ahmedabad in 1995. She started her career with HLL and then moved onto ORG-MARG (A C Nielsen). Subsequently she spent over six years at ICICI Bank managing portfolios such as central marketing, retail demat business & rural distribution. Subsequently Ruchira worked as an independent consultant with clients such as Reliance Capital, Bellwether Microfinance Fund and as an advisor to Hansa Research. She also teaches Services Marketing at SP Jain. Ruchira is currently a Partner at Positron and is based at Mumbai.

Malini Gupta graduated from BITS Pilani with a Masters in Management Studies. She subsequently joined Accenture India where she worked for ten years advising over 20 companies on Supply Chain Reengineering, Performance and Profit Improvement and ERP Design and Installation engagements. She is a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) by APICS, USA. She then worked as full time faculty and coordinator of the Operations department at SPJIMR (SP Jain Institute of Managament and Research) a top ten B-school in India. Malini has recently edited a book Supply Chain Excellence - success stories of India. Malini is a Partner at Positron and is based at New Delhi.

Sanjiv has a B.E. in Electronics & Telecom from Punjab Engineering College, M.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur and M.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University. He has worked in USA for more than 12 years for leading organizations, including AT&T Bell, AT&T Comm, US Dept. of Defense and Spruce Technology. Subsequently, he returned to India in 1994 as General Manager at Fujitsu-ICIM (now Zensar Tech), where he led several business units. In 2000, he founded EBSolute Technologies, a software company, and led it for 4 years. Subsequently, he joined Persistent Systems, where he played the role of Executive Vice President and Head of Telecom Business Unit. In this role, he grew the unit to a size of 800+ engineers with revenues of around $28M. Currently, Sanjiv is a Partner at Positron Advisory Services and is based in Pune.

Manju Diskhit graduated from Sydenham College in 1985 and subsequently obtained her management degree from Somaiya Institute of Management in 1993. She started her career with Citibank in consumer banking. She has handled service and quality portfolios in credit cards and branch banking. Manju has an aggregate experience of 10 years, with a mix of banking and training. She currently works as an trainer in the area of Service and Peoples management. Some of her clients include Citibank, SAMBA, Onida etc. Manju is currently a Partner at Positron and is based at Mumbai.

Nandina obtained her management degree from Sydenham Inst. of Mgmt, in 1990, followed by an advanced Executive course from Smith College US in 2003.Starting with JWT she has 19 years of experience across MNC & Indian FMCG companies & leading Advtg Agencies. Most recently Nandina was the Country GM for Mead Johnson Nutritionals where she set up their entire India operations. Prior to that she oversaw Asia Pacific business for film/cameras for Kodak. Nandina has also worked at Lowe Lintas, Parle & Rediffusion on some of the largest personal care/food brands. She has extensive experience across Business Start-up/Rightsizing scenarios, Business models for Asian mkts, S&D/Retail strategies, Communication strategies within different revenue models. Nandina is a Partner in Positron & based out of Mumbai.

Abanti has done her MBA in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). She has an aggregate experience of 7 years, with a mix of multi country experience in microfinance and rural banking. She has extensive experience of working with NGOs and Micro Finance Institutions in several countries across Asia. She was associated ICICI Bank in their Rural & Agri business division in various capacities. Before ICICI Bank, she was associated with Micro-Credit Ratings International Ltd (M-CRIL) where she conducted over 40 commercial ratings and undertook several training and consulting assignments. She is a Director in Development Equities Pvt. Ltd. – a rural business advisory. Abanti is a Partner at Positron and based out of Mumbai.

Shalini has done her B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and went on to do an MBA from FMS, Delhi University. She started her career with Citibank Mumbai, in the Corporate and Investment Bank. Over the past 11 years, Shalini has built an integrated technology and business profile in the financial services and telecom industry. She has worked across geographies in organizations like H&R Block (US), Aviva Life Insurance and Bharti Airtel. She has extensive experience in understanding business needs and employing state-of-the-art technology to create cost-effective solutions that optimize efficiency. Her more recent areas of work have been in planning, budgeting and contract governance. Shalini is a Partner at Positron and is based in New Delhi.
